Selfaudit as a way to improve the quality of upbringing and educational process in kindergarten employees interaction with parents during transition to a partnership with them

Modernization of all levels of education is impossible without the development of education quality assessment system and demand for educational services. The article describes the method of selfaudit a a way to improve the quality of education in pre-school, the form of interaction of the kindergarten staff with parents of pupils in accordance with the functional range and educational objectives. We explain the importance and the need to move from working with parents to social partnership with them. We provide a brief overview of the main points of the Regulations on selfaudit as one of the most effective ways to control and improve the quality of the educational process, the interaction of family and kindergarten. We discuss the criteria for assessing the success of employees in the interaction with parents. Moreover, we prove the importance and the need for kindergarten selfaudit in modern conditions.
